DESCRIPTION:All of our builder/developer members are automatically part of the Indiana Quality Assurance Builders Standards Program\, but not everyone knows what a great benefit this can be!  \n\n\n\nCome learn about this great program that sets our builders apart from other builders who are not part of our HBA and the Indiana Builders Association.\n\n\n\nCarlie Hopper\, Governmental Affairs Director of the IBA will present all the benefits of the program and how to use it to your advantage. \n\n\n\nThe Standards are a resource to help customers understand the basics of home building\, and also help builders and remodelers manage customer expectations and prevent and resolve customer complaints.  This program is encapsulated in a QABS Manual that is provided to each home buyer (typically at closing).\n\n\nThis Lunch & Learn is free and open to all members\, but may be of particular interest to our builders\, developers\, realtors\, lenders and title companies. \n\n\n\nYou can read about the QABS Program on the IBA website.\n\n \n\nLunch will be provided during the presentation\, and you will be "in-and-out" in 1 hour!
