DESCRIPTION:Join us for the first Builders Breakfast Series Meeting of 2020!\n\n\n\nWe are excited to announce the return of this popular educational series from 2019.  These meetings are designed to give our members the information and education they need to be more successful. \n\n\n\nAt this meeting\, we will welcome Larry Magliozzi\, Executive Director of the Area Plan Commission.\n\nLarry and his staff willl join us to provide an update on the changes that are currently ongoing within the City of South Bend and St. Joseph County planning departments.  There will be a short presentation followed by an opportunity for Q&A.\n\n\n\nThis first meeting will be held at the HBA Office (105 E. Grove St.\, Mishawaka).\n\n\n\nThroughout 2020\, the Builders' Breakfast Series continues to provide opportunities to hear from the local regulatory offices that impact building and development in our community.  Examples of guests include representatives from the Building Department\, Engineering Department\, Health Department\, and others.\n\n\n\nThese meetings are open to all HBA SJV members\, but will be of particular interest to those involved with engineering\, building\, remodeling\, and developing.\n\n\n\nRegistration is required (free)\, but seating is limited.
