DESCRIPTION:Join us at the next Builders Breakfast Series Meeting!\n\n\n\nThis is the third installment of our Builders' Breakfast Series for 2019.  You need not have attended any previous meetings to join us for this one.  These meetings are designed to give our members the information and education they need to be more successful. \n\n\n\nAt this meeting\, we will welcome Ms. Angela Smith\, Zoning Administrator for the South Bend Area Plan Commission.  Angela and her colleagues will present the changes to zoning ordinances\, development processes and timelines that will change within the City.  There will be a short presentation followed by an opportunity for Q&A.\n\n\n\nThis meeting will be held at the HBA Office.  Coffee and a light breakfast will be provided.  \n\nThere is no charge for this event\, but please RSVP to attend!\n\n\n\nThroughout 2019\, the Builders' Breakfast Series will provide opportunities to hear from the local regulatory offices that impact building and development in our community.  Future guests may include representatives from the Building Department\, Engineering Department\, Health Department\, and others.\n\n\n\nThese meetings are open to all HBA SJV members\, but will be of particular interest to those involved with engineering\, building\, remodeling\, and developing.\n\n\n\nRegistration is required (free).
